Why is the history of your home so important?
The history of your Tucson home or business will help you determine which plumbing services you might need. Ask yourself: When did this happen last? How often does this happen? Is Hydro or Waterjetting any better than snaking a line?
Yes and no...it depends on the drain. Again, a very useful tool for an extremely greasy, pasty, or dough filled drain line. However for almost all household lines you will see around a 5% additional cleaning, for sometimes hundreds of dollars more. Be careful! Remember your history. Are those extra hundreds of dollars really going to get me years and years of a clear drain, or is that commissioned plumbing contractor going to take my money and not even work for the plumbing company when I call back. Will my drain clog in the same amount of time from the traditional snaking? If the warranty is that great, it better be imprinted on the company invoice.
Can you help me find my sewer clean-out?
Sewer clean-out locations are no longer available from Pima County Wastewater Management mapping and records department email. Simply call our office at 88drain (883-7246) and we can access the information online if there are any records of your property
You may not need a camera service for this. If there are no records, we can offer camera location service in most cases. We can assist you in locating, digging and installing your sewer clean outs. We can do all or any part of this with you.
Are home warranties helpful for sewer and drain service?
In most cases we can be just as effective and actually perform a service or plumbing repair to correct or clear your clogged drain line! Our service call fee is usually LESS than your deductible.
